Whitney brings over 13 years of experience as an educator and has also worked in social work settings, where she developed a deep passion for supporting youth and families. She holds a master’s degree in eco-psychology, which reflects her belief in the healing and growth that comes from connecting people, communities, and the natural world.

As LegacyWorks’ Youth Operations Director, Whitney is dedicated to creating safe, empowering spaces where young people can explore their strengths, discover new opportunities, and build lasting skills for the future. She is especially passionate about mentoring youth, guiding them through challenges, and encouraging them to see their full potential. Whitney is excited to continue building relationships, supporting the mission of LegacyWorks, and walking alongside youth as they create pathways toward success in school, work, and life.
