Faith Taylor is the HR Business Partner & ERG Engagement Manager at Evergy, where she has supported employees and communities across Kansas and Missouri since 2006. In her role, she partners with leaders to foster employee engagement, belonging, leadership development, and organizational success.
A lifelong Wichita resident and graduate of Wichita North High School, Faith attended Clark Atlanta University, a historically Black college and university (HBCU), where she studied music. Her career reflects her belief that meaningful leadership and impact can be achieved through many paths, including those outside of traditional educational routes. Prior to joining the LegacyWorks Board of Directors, she served on the boards of the Mosaic Leadership Network and KANSEL.
Faith is passionate about creating opportunities for others to grow and succeed, particularly young people. As the proud mother of four adult children and a soon-to-be grandmother, she is honored to support LegacyWorks' mission and contribute to a stronger future for the Wichita community.
