We’re super excited to present this new coffee from Collaborative Origin Imports! This is one of those coffees that’s a fantastic representation of just how fruity natural process coffees can be. Described to us by COI as having a distinctive Kool-Aid-like flavor, upon blind tasting this coffee along with seven others, we all (youth included) pegged this one immediately - ”That’s the Kool-Aid coffee!”
There’s no doubt about it, this coffee has an incredibly almost artificial fruit flavor to it…though let’s be clear, there’s nothing artificial about it! As a natural process coffee, the beans were dried within the coffee cherries themselves, giving them this distinct, fruity flavor naturally. Give this wild coffee a whirl and see what you think! It is truly a work of art!
